You will design, execute, and manage CRM strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to the unique needs of the Latin American market. This role requires a data-driven marketer with expertise in customer relationship management, promotional planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

CRM Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement CRM initiatives aligned with Swarovski’s global strategy to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
Leverage CRM tools to segment the customer base and create personalized communication strategies.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
Support partners in activation efforts to drive sales and consumer satisfaction.
Plan develop and Implement POP events that drive consumer experience and increase loyalty.
Communication, Planning and Strategy
Manage the calendar of activations across multiple channels and across markets in the region.
Efficiently manage and develop global content at a local level by leveraging available resources while verifying, coordinating, and implementing central and local activations across all clusters, ensuring alignment with distribution channels such as newsletters and WhatsApp.
Promotions Planning and Management:
Design and execute regional promotional campaigns to drive sales and engagement, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
Collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to integrate promotions across channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
Customer Insights and Analytics:
Use data analytics to understand customer behavior and improve CRM and promotional strategies.
Provide reports on CRM KPIs, campaign results, and customer insights to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with regional sales, marketing, and retail teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives and promotions.
Work closely with the global CRM team to align LATAM strategies with overarching brand objectives.
Budget and Resource Management:
Manage the CRM and promotional budget for LATAM, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
Oversee external agency partnerships and tools to optimize CRM and promotional activities.
About you:
5+ years of experience in CRM, promotions, or marketing roles, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
Proven experience managing regional or multi-country campaigns.
Consumer event management experience
Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent English and Intermediate Spanish level, spoken and written.
