ROLE PURPOSE

As a crewing specialist, you have to ensure the SBM fleet is correctly manned in line with regulatory and contractual obligations.

You ensure this through the execution of crewing processes and by deploying the crews to the units of the SBM fleet.

ROLE CONTRIBUTION

To be compliant and provide sustainable crews to the fleet units, YOU ARE TO:

1. Provide a qualified workforce to the SBM fleet units in line with the yearly operating plan, the safe manning certificate, and with competencies which meet the regulatory and client requirements.
2. Ensure compliance with immigration and local employment requirements.
3. Dispatch qualified and competent crews.
4. Plan crew successions and promotions, engaging relevant stakeholders.
5. Facilitate the lifecycle execution of the core crews including recruitment, retention, development, disciplinary, reward, and exit.
6. Execute the Global Enterprise Management Systems (GEMS) processes and their governance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Completed Bachelor's degree.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Experience in the offshore industry.
4. Knowledge of offshore roles and functions, endorsements.
5. Minimum 3 years' experience in offshore planning/crewing.

Nice to have:

1. Knowledge of the COMPASS and ONBOARD TRACKER systems.
