YOUR ROLE

• Develops & implements the regional CC strategy in alignment with business priorities, the Henkel strategic framework and CC priorities;
• Leads, manages and tracks local internal and external communications programs, CC projects and processes;
• Provides strategic communication counsel and serves as an advisor to the local Excoms and local top management;
• Represents the region in HQ committees (e.g. CC Excom), ensures regional/local perspectives are reflected in CC strategies and projects;
• Steers local CC team in the cluster / in the country delivering on global and regional CC priorities and KP targets;
• Steers the local CC budgets and deploys resources for the cluster countries/the country;
• Develops and implements digital communications strategies to activate relevant stakeholder groups;
• Applies a data-driven approach to drive communication success and to support decision making processes;
• Manages crisis communication and issues management activities;
• Serves as spokesperson for Henkel in the country / cluster;
• Ensures compelling content aligned with global messages / strategy to reach key stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or similar;
• Relevant experience in Internal and External Corporate Communications;
• English is a must, Spanish is desirable - direct report out of Brazil;
• Budget and Project management;
• Sustainability management and Corporate social responsibility;
• Strategic communications and people management;
• Experience in Media relations and Stakeholder engagement.
