About the role

Responsible for analyzing, developing, executing, and tracking brand campaigns for the Brazilian market.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop market intel for the category by channel.
  • Support the sales team on branding and brand positioning.
  • Oversee the development and execution of all brand marketing campaigns across foodservice and B2C channels, including the overall brand marketing calendar.
  • Drive business growth with innovative demand generation and lead generation campaigns.
  • Lead the identification and measurement of marketing KPIs and dashboards for campaigns, social media, and the digital shelf; champion a data-driven mindset across the team.
  • Develop insights to provide strategic direction to internal and external teams surrounding trends, including creating trend decks and content around relevant flavors, products, and brands.
  • Provide reporting and recommendations regarding content usage on Seismic and POS to inform content creation.
  • Identify opportunities for digital activation within printed and in-store sales and promotional materials.
  • Work with the Commercial Effectiveness (CE) team to plan and execute promotional webinars through partners.
  • Ensure all content is posted and up to date on internal document hubs: Seismic, Sales Portal/App, and POS website.
  • Work with sales teams to plan and promote local and regional trade shows.

Qualifications and skills

  • 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • At least intermediate Spanish and/or English.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
