Job description
We are looking for a person to work as Systems Coordinator with focus on Change Communication and Training local representative for projects introducing new systems at São Bernardo do Campo plant.
The Logistics Solutions (LOS) team is responsible for introducing new systems (mainly SAP but not limited to it) in collaboration with the IT department and the global team, developing digitization, innovation, and information technology projects.
We support several Logistics departments in our Digitalization journey as well as in the development of projects that can improve the efficiency of our processes and operations.

Main responsibilities
The local change representative is responsible to secure people readiness in Brazilian Logistic organization, by localizing and applying the global change management toolkit.
Main activities include:
- Participate in the Change Communication Training onboarding program (sessions held by central CCT)
- Maintain status of local Change Communication Training activities and people readiness progress
- Localize and apply the Change Communication Training toolkit, including:
- Conduct Change Impact Analysis within different Production & Logistic departments and stakeholder assessment
- Plan and execute Change Impact Assessment workshops to identify and assess local business impact
- Identify and mobilize local key stakeholders to be involved in driving CCT activities (business receiver, local business representative, local process representatives and super users/trainers). Should cooperate with existing roles within local and global organization.
- Own and drive local Change & Communication activities to mitigate business impacts, including:
- Leadership engagement activities
- Communication batch localization and cascading
- Take action if and when needed based on Change measurement results
- Training strategy and preparation together with Local Process Representatives
- Contribute to and drive training activities to upskill the organization (roll-out specific trainings to roll-out specific stakeholders, with support from IEB CCT central support), including:
- Drive local onboarding of trainers and support the local trainers in their work
- Driving the local training forum incl. Trainer retrospective
- Drive and update the End User mapped to trainings-list
- Facilitate End User Tests Scheduling meetings and working sessions
- Sign off training schedule with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Line Managers, Embedded Change Lead, IEB Training team etc)
- Secure training logistics and equipment
- Conduct business role mapping
- Participate in sessions with central CCT to map SAP Business Roles to Scania Roles
- Map employees to SAP Business Roles (via Scania roles)
Requirements and skills
- Complete degree in engineering, administration, information technology or related areas
- The ability to work effectively with all levels of management, with proven ability to assign, schedule, and guide project team personnel – incl. managing resistance
- Flexible and adaptable person
- Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
- Good communication skills and can-do attitude
- Willingness to drive change for Scania
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Fluent in English
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in SAP introduction projects
- Experience in change related projects
- Knowledge in agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- Understanding of the automotive industry and ways of working
- Availability for sporadic travel
