Could you be the full-time Logistics Coordinator in our dynamic warehouse facility we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and resource management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, strategic-minded teammates.

You'll coordinate the intricate process of unloading, verification, handling, and storage of materials. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as supply chain, inventory control, and internal logistics), optimizing resources and enhancing process efficiency, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of monitoring exchanges, returns, breakdowns, and inventory management, but also drive project planning and manage KPIs.

We’ll look to you for:

1. Coordinating internal logistics teams
2. Managing the control of expiration and storage in stock
3. Optimizing the use of available resources
4. Handling KPIs and action management
5. Ensuring process efficiency and continuous improvement
6. Leading and managing people within the logistics space

1. Degree in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields
2. Experience or understanding of logistics processes in warehousing
3. Knowledge of systems and warehouse management
4. Familiarity with process optimization and resource management
5. Advanced English, fluency in Portuguese
6. Strategic vision and the ability to oversee complex processes
7. Leadership skills with a focus on team management and development
