Position: Global Product Specialist

Location: Sorocaba, São Paulo, BR (involves up to 30% travel)

Team you belong to: You will join a team of experts dedicated to Stirred mills & HPGR technology in the Global Market. Our team culture is all about customer focus, high ambition, collaboration, and open communication.

What you’ll do:

  1. Provide technical support for all aspects of the product and business needs, including internal and external training.
  2. Define the technical value of stirred mills products for our customers and disseminate this knowledge through the organization.
  3. Assist Product & Process engineering in process design and optimization, machine design, and improvements.
  4. Support Field Services group with parts installation, commissioning, and optimizing machine operations.
  5. Assist in vendor qualification and selection.
  6. Contribute technically to the development of marketing and sales tools.
  7. Improve the product portfolio, processes, specifications, and quality requirements.
  8. Support the harmonization and standardization of product data.
  9. Support R&D initiatives to drive long-term product competitiveness.
  10. Maintain price lists and support inventory management initiatives.
  11. Develop technical content for product and service training.
  12. Provide technical information to product management, sales, manufacturing, and purchasing teams.
  13. Assist with field problem analysis and creation of field solutions.
  14. Monitor task completion and ensure good performance.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s in engineering or relevant work experience (+5 years). Professional experience in technical support for mining products. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus. Engineering knowledge in tools such as Teamcenter, Vault Professional, Inventor, and/or AutoCAD. Knowledge of SAP and Office; Power BI knowledge is a plus. Previous experience in a technical field is advantageous.
