The main function of a Content Operations Coordinator is to aid in the management of content on a platform. The Content Operations Coordinator will work with product and partnerships teams to create and review targeted materials and reports to drive traffic to content. The typical Content Operations Coordinator will have strong editorial judgment, ability to drive processes and organize execution across a variety of projects and products, and have a basic understanding of data analysis. They will also help guide the success of the team through coaching, collaboration, and building relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Create and coordinate all website requests in conjunction with the marketing team.
  2. Manage day-to-day facilitation of project execution at the workstream level.
  3. Develop lightweight, repeatable processes, workflows and content templates that keep the team nimble and successful in a culture that values moving fast and iterating quickly.
  4. Identify cultural trends across a diverse spectrum of topics.
  5. Create and edit monthly digital marketing content calendar.
  6. Develop strategy and create plans for events and cultural moments.
  7. Collaborate with our product teams to improve user experience.
  8. Perform analysis and produce reports with compelling, actionable insights for our partners.

Skills:

  1. Ability to work independently.
  2. Knowledge of project management and leading a team through the cycle of the creative process.
  3. A proven track record of managing complex workflows with operational expertise.
  4. Creative self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  5. Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate given information relative to content techniques.
  6. Self-motivated with persuasive, enthusiastic and customer service oriented personality.
  7. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written - Proficient in English.

Must have skills:

  1. Must be fluent in Portuguese and English.
  2. Detail oriented.
  3. Project management ability – manage a project from start to finish and to follow up.

Nice to have skills:

  1. Fluent in Spanish.
  2. Previous experience working for a content platform (TikTok, YouTube, KWAI, etc.) and working with creators (agency side of things) at scale.
