Heidrick Consulting Brazil
You would be part of our Consulting Practice in Brazil. At Heidrick Consulting, we work with Senior Leadership, Executive Teams, and Boards, covering major national and multi-national companies across all industry sectors in Brazil and Latin America.
You will be joining a growing, dynamic team, and in this role as a Consultant, you will continue to learn and deepen your consulting skills by working on various projects. Your contributions will expose you to senior leaders across a variety of industries and geographies.
Primary Responsibilities
The main purpose of the Consultant is to develop consulting solutions as part of client engagements, to write proposals and support business development activities, to act as engagement manager on specific projects and to support Principals and Partners in their delivery.
You will begin to lead, manage, and own problem-solving efforts on a large portion of a client engagement or to lead on smaller engagements. Specifically, you will be responsible for identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analysis, and then synthesizing conclusions into recommendations. Throughout an engagement, you will be involved in discussions and presentations with senior client leadership.
