Responsible for support to the business’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as group policies. His/her duties include, coordinating with local management and Compliance Officer to identify potential risks, implementing policies and procedures to uphold laws and regulations, and monitoring the company’s adherence to those.

As a Senior Compliance Analyst with a focus in ANS (Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar) issues, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's compliance with Brazilian health regulations and group policies. Your extensive experience will be instrumental in leading compliance initiatives, providing strategic advisory to stakeholders, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.

• ANS Compliance Management: Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of compliance risks specifically related to ANS regulations, ensuring the organization meets all Brazilian health agency requirements.
• Policy Development and Implementation: Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ANS regulations and other relevant laws.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive monitoring of the company's adherence to ANS compliance standards and prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions.
• Awareness and Training Programs: Design and lead compliance awareness and training programs focused on ANS regulations to educate employees and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
• Strategic Communication: Develop and execute strategic communication plans to effectively disseminate ANS-related compliance information across the organization, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison with various departments, providing expert advisory on ANS issues and ensuring alignment of compliance initiatives with business operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to ANS to drive continuous improvement of the compliance program.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor and guide junior compliance staff, fostering their professional development and enhancing the overall capability of the compliance team.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Over 5 years of experience in compliance, consultancy services, or law firms, with a strong focus on ANS regulations and Brazilian health agency issues.
• Language Proficiency: Bilingual in Portuguese and English, with an advanced level of English required. Proficiency in Spanish is considered an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365 tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ANS regulations and the health administration environment.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in insurance, reinsurance, brokerages, or banking/finance is a significant advantage.
• Compliance Expertise: Demonstrated experience in compliance, with a proven track record of managing regulatory requirements and initiatives.
