About You and this Role
As a Communication Designer you’ll be part of our multicultural Global Communication Design team. You’ll support the team in creating a consistent brand experience across all touch points by using our brand guidelines to create, adapt and implement the print and digital materials that solve cross-functional departments objectives while contributing to our brand and business growth across regions.
Key Objectives
- Create and adapt design assets (print and digital) to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with global teams to localize and adapt materials for various regions and languages.
- Develop a wide range of high-quality content, including social media graphics, event materials, campaigns, editorial pieces, videos, slide decks and interactive experiences.
- Contribute to the documentation and improvement of design processes and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on projects promptly, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Create narratives and storyboards for corporate videos.
- Ideate, edit, and animate engaging videos that tell compelling visual stories and resonate with different audiences.
- Adapt and localize videos into different languages.
Required Qualifications
- Communicate effectively in English — your ideas, needs, expectations, doubts and concerns.
- Relevant experience in branding agencies or in-house creative teams.
- Deliver high quality work, paying attention to details.
- Understand branding as a whole and implement brand guidelines to achieve on-brand materials.
- Collaborate with other designers – Offer to help co-workers before they ask.
- Eagerness to learn, to improve and take our brand to the next level.
- Take initiative, show proactivity, identify problems, propose ideas and support the team in executing solutions.
- Listen and be open to receive feedback –We are not expecting from you to be able to provide all the answers. But we do expect from you to listen, be humble to receive feedback and learn from others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Solid knowledge of Figma.
- Strong understanding of After Effects and Premiere Pro (a desirable bonus).
- Proven experience in branding and visual identity development.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to solve complex design challenges.
- Experience in writing and maintaining brand guidelines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of branding principles and a keen eye for design.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams in large organizations.
- Video editing skills to create engaging visual content.
