Chief Operating Officer (COO) - iGaming - Hybrid, São Paulo, Brazil

Location: Hybrid (4 days in office + 1 remote), must live in São Paulo or nearby.

Job Overview:

The COO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing business strategies, and ensuring that the company’s strategic and operational goals align. This role requires a seasoned executive with deep knowledge of the iGaming and betting industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and execute business strategies that align with the company’s mission and goals.
• Work closely with senior management to establish KPIs, objectives, and growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian gambling regulations and maintain operational standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, including product launches, compliance and risk, customer service, and technology implementation.
• Prepare and manage the company’s operational budget, monitoring costs and resource allocation.

Successful Candidate:

• Brazilian citizenship (required).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the iGaming or gambling industry.
• Proven experience in managing operations, with a track record of achieving strategic and operational goals.
