Job Description
Case Manager- Kite Brazil
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring Kite Konnect program.
- Collaborates with other key Gilead team members to establish and manage contracted relationships with select specialty distributors and specialty pharmacies.
- Works closely with Regulatory, Legal, Com Ops and other partners/stakeholders to ensure fully compliant practices, policies & procedures both internally and with vendor.
- Provides input on partner selection based on core capabilities, market presence, and likely Gilead business value.
- Contributes to criteria and reporting required for new programs in order to support new product launches while continually reviewing existing programs and evaluating additional development needed.
- Investigates and responds to internal and external customer complaints while concurrently instituting necessary improvements to avoid recurrence.
- Produces accurate, timely and insightful management reports regarding program trends.
- Provides substantive analysis that accurately incorporates the partnership agreements and the projected financial impact.
- Considers the need to audit external vendors to ensure compliance of agreement and policies.
Specific Education & Experience Requirements:
10+ years of related experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry and a BS or BA degree, including leadership experience in executing trade management activities.
Knowledge:
- English fluency is mandatory
- Ability to multi-task across a wide variety of tactical and strategic activities.
- Able to effectively manage others in accomplishing necessary tasks, both direct reports and others in related areas of Gilead.
- Able to influence and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Ability to recognize and interpret business issues/opportunities and recommend solutions through analysis, then implement and/or negotiate solutions with external parties.
- Excellent analytical skills with an emphasis on follow-through, and issue resolution abilities.
- Microsoft Excel/Word & PowerPoint and strong working knowledge of order management and information management systems.
