We are now looking for a Team Leader who will be responsible for training, motivation, and overseeing our Call Center team in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the call center team, ensuring smooth workflows and a productive environment.
- Inspire and encourage the team to meet and exceed established performance goals, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team members’ skills and provide ongoing knowledge refreshers.
- Track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure high-quality execution.
- Be the spokesperson for the call center team within the company.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience managing telesales and/or customer service teams.
- At least intermediate proficiency in English.
- Experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and G-suite tools.
Preferred:
- Have experience managing pre-sales and/or CS teams.
- Knowledge of sales techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot.
