Key Responsibilities

  1. Register suppliers in the system.
  2. Make quotations with suppliers.
  3. Issue purchase orders in the SAP B1 ERP system.
  4. Monitor delivery times with suppliers.
  5. Issue import and/or export documents, assisting and monitoring the flow of documents with interested parties.
  6. Assist in checking customs and tax documents.
  7. Assist in checking NCMs and taxes.
  8. Send tax and financial documents to accounting.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Bachelor's Degree or studying, Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, or Engineering.
  2. 2+ years of experience in the area.
  3. Intermediate/advanced English (writing and conversation).

Technical Skills

  1. Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  2. Knowledge of ERP SAP B1.
  3. Tax Knowledge (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, ISS).
