Job Description:

Evaluates commercial loan requests by reviewing applicants' credit histories and analyzing financial statements in order to approve or deny loan applications.

What you will do:

1. Reviews the credit history, profitability and liquidity of clients to assess the risk level involved in credit extension.
2. Consults with customers to verify financial and credit transactions; responds to customer inquiries and resolves complaints.
3. Communicates with credit associations and other relevant authorities about customers' credit history.
4. Analyzes financial data to determine customers' financial status and the expected profitability of commercial loans; recommends approval or denial of loan applications.
5. Participates in the local credit committee to explain and defend credit processes.
6. Conducts credit visits to customers throughout Brazil.
7. Prepares credit write-ups of customers for Headquarters approval, and discusses with Risk Management team.

What you will have:

1. Finance and Accounting: Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting.
2. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts and tools.
3. Credit Analysis and Verification: Knowledge of credit analysis and verification; experience in credit underwriting.
4. Financial Statement Analysis: Knowledge of financial statements; ability to analyze financial data.
5. Loan Origination: Knowledge of skills and methods used to process new loan applications.

Basic requirements:

1. Pre-advanced English
