What You Will AchieveYour innovative ideas will drive the growth of our team at Pfizer. You will manage the execution of a multitude of commercial operational services for identified markets. You will work with the region leads to define and update scope and service areas of the Chief Marketing Office (CMO), establish and improve service delivery model, manage business demand for services, prioritize resources and budget/funding/investments allocation. This role will enable compliant processes for commercial operations in assigned markets. As a Business Partner, your advanced knowledge of the principles and concepts in the discipline and comprehensive knowledge of other disciplines will enable you to lead complex projects across the division. Your ability to develop and manage plans will facilitate achieving objectives, interpreting internal and external business challenges and recommending best practices for improvements. While managing complex project environments, you will be able to anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks and influence teams to achieve targets for the division. Through your expertise and extensive knowledge, you will be able to foster a culture that promotes innovation and thrives on doing better for patients.
How You Will Achieve It- Develop ideas and lead/co-lead projects across business units.
- Develop plans to achieve objectives, facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, and lead the implementation of projects.
- Use detailed analytical and financial experience to own robust commercial modeling and financial evaluations of opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in ways of working and processes and make recommendations.
- Lead on the coordination of key Information Management business reviews with key colleagues.
- Partner with Pfizer Global Supply Manufacturing, Finance, and Commercial Regions to understand and forecast the impact of global supply risks.
- Anticipate, identify, engage in and support the prioritization of sales force key issues and opportunities across Internal Medicine.
- Work closely with the relevant Leadership Team members to coordinate the annual Operating Plan Process and with Chief Marketing Office (CMO) and Brand Marketing to ensure that all opportunities are identified and executed.
- Capture new local training needs and stimulate utilization of resources.
- Manage support requests originating from regional managers, sales directors, and other stakeholders as well as Field Force Supporting functions.
- Leverage business operations and sales force business applications to execute and deliver organization goals according to compliance regulations.
QualificationsMust-Have- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years’ experience
- Demonstrated track record of strong cross-functional collaboration and effective utilization of available resources
- Experience in business analysis, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management, with the ability to keep track of multiple projects
- Change Agile with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience in business operations
- Possesses a desire to jump in and collaborate with cross-functional teams
