Job Title: Business Head, Americas – Aurassure Brazil

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil (must be residing in or willing to relocate to Brazil.)

About Aurassure: Aurassure is an AI-powered platform delivering hyperlocal climate insights to improve urban resilience and risk management. We deploy proprietary IoT-enabled hardware to establish hyperlocal sensor networks, enabling real-time environmental monitoring and predictive analytics. Headquartered in India, Aurassure has now expanded into Brazil with confirmed customer contracts totaling over $1 million secured in less than a year. As we strengthen our presence in Brazil, we are also laying the foundation to develop the US market and are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead this ambitious growth across the Americas.

Role Overview

As Business Head, at Aurassure Brazil, you'll scale our presence in the region, lead business strategy and operations, build high-impact partnerships, and drive revenue growth in the $6B+ climate-tech market with the opportunity to scale operations and potentially relocate to the US over time. This role reports to the global leadership team and is critical to our expansion in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and grow Aurassure Brazil with full P&L ownership
  2. Drive direct sales and business development, including closing enterprises and government deals
  3. Execute a robust GTM strategy to expand market share and revenue
  4. Forge strategic partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders
  5. Build, manage, and inspire a high-performance local team
  6. Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency
  7. Maintain clear, consistent communication with HQ and align on strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  1. Ex-Founder experience highly preferred; proven ability to build and scale startups or business units
  2. 5–10 years in senior leadership roles (CXO/VP/GM), ideally in climate or tech sectors
  3. Strong business acumen across operations, sales, marketing, and finance
  4. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  5. Lead early-stage business development in the US and travel as required
  6. Open to relocating to the US in the future based on business evolution
