Your Profile

1. Market Expansion & Customer Strategy: Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company’s flavour market share in existing and new markets. Identify opportunities and new product areas to fuel growth.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key clients, including distributors, and other stakeholders within the flavors industry. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and preparing sales presentations.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure pipeline expansion. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

Mandatory Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of the flavors market, including key players and customer needs.
3. Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for growth.
4. Travel is required for client meetings.
5. Fluent in English (mandatory).
