Business Assistant to the CEO

Localização: São Paulo

Empresa: Fastcash

Base monthly remuneration from R$ 5.000,00 to R$ 7.000,00

*PJ as an “employee” of the company, but hired as a Legal Entity.

Fastcash is a young, privately owned, self-funded, profitable financial conglomerate that started as an online cash payments platform and became a Central Bank Licensed financial Institution, creating a microfinance ecosystem focused on helping entrepreneurs and professionals.

In Brazil, we’ve helped more than 15 million people and 300 thousand companies to grow with e-money, transacting more than R$15 billion in the last 2 years. We have grown transaction volume 300% a year for the last 4 years, before conquering our Central Bank license.

Now, in our second year operating as a licensed Financial institution, SPB Banco # 537, Electronic money emitter, and Pix Direct participant, Microcash is developing a fully integrated PIX Credit solution and super efficient payment solutions with PIX Direct services.

We are looking for a savvy, humble, and trustworthy assistant to help us:

  • Assist the commercial department in the construction, organization, and progress of the sales funnel and commercial pipeline from prospecting, qualification, and engagement to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals, scheduling meetings, editing contracts, and approaching opportunities.
  • Extensive experience in supporting an executive profile and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to engage at all seniority levels in the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism.
  • Fundamentals of executing and building relationships and projects, organically based on respect, with an open eye to innovation and automation.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in providing support to an executive profile in a company in the B2B services segment.
  • Project management experience (Trello).
  • Accounts payable and receivable, personal budgets, purchases, and negotiations.
  • Business CRM experience, inside sales machine, contracts, follow-ups.
  • Management of calendars and schedules, meeting agendas, and digital assistants.
  • Organization of agendas, trips, and events.

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Experience with Sales Machine & Inside Sales.
  • Experience with financial products in the fintech or startup sector.
  • Determination, motivation, and resilience to achieve goals/results.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and organized with an analytical and strategic vision.
  • Interest in participating in a fintech company experiencing explosive growth, with an intense pace in a challenging, high-performance environment.
