As a Strategy Manager, you will be part of a talented team that works together with other squads/teams and supports them in making the best decision for the business. You will have constant contact with high-level executives.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for creating a growth strategy, helping the CEO to decide the main initiatives.
2. Understand and synthesize Reports for the C-level, including KPIs, OKRs, and Budget.
3. Help product team with KPIs, strategy, and product development.
4. Track the performance of RecargaPay's products.
5. Conduct meetings with C-level executives about new initiatives.
6. Understand and monitor competitors' value propositions and movements.
7. Conduct studies with the finance team that can help us make decisions.

Qualifications

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
3. Managing consulting experience is a differential advantage.
4. Experience with financial statements is a differential.
5. Experience in fintech or digital banks is a plus.
6. Experience in credit card, CRM, Fraud, or Loans is a plus.
7. Advanced knowledge of data tools like SQL, Python, etc.
8. Advanced English or Spanish.
