Business Analyst - Technology - Barueri - Hybrid

Seeking a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience to oversee data processes, stakeholder communication, and business rule management. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English & Portuguese and have a strong background in data analysis, compliance, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Data Architects to develop and document data schemas, lineage, and metadata.
2. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data assets, providing training materials and user guides.
3. Define and maintain business rule specifications for data processing.
4. Enhance and maintain business and governance metadata.
5. Conduct file layout reviews and ensure proper incorporation of contributor/merchant data.
6. Analyze metrics and monitoring reports to validate data quality.
7. Support business stakeholders by communicating data issues for resolution.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bilingual in English & Portuguese (Required).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
3. 5+ years of experience in process development within a data-driven environment.
4. Experience working with data schemas and formats such as JSON, Parquet, AVRO.
5. Proficiency in SQL to run ad hoc queries and conduct analysis.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with BI tools (Spotfire, Tableau, etc.).
2. Familiarity with data quality tools (SAS, SQL, DataStage/InfoSphere, RedPoint DM, etc.).

Immediate joiners preferred, or those with a short notice period (max 30 calendar days).

Willing to work in a hybrid environment from Sao Paulo, Brazil (3 days office and 2 days remote).
