Job Summary:

This position has the opportunity to participate in many of the cost strategy projects, including Enterprise Capital, Product Cost Monitoring Tools, Analytics CoE, and other initiatives. This role will be instrumental in shaping the financial and data strategies that drive our business forward, performing analytical tasks and initiatives on large amounts of data to support data-driven business decisions and development.

What You Will Do:

1. Work with various business partners to understand business and data needs and devise appropriate solutions.
2. Collaborate with the team to solve challenging problems and independently manage projects to meet expectations and deadlines from partners.
3. Maintain effective internal communications across business partners.
4. Support the design and development of strategic projects and goals, including supporting systems and tools for quality and business process improvements.
5. Provide assistance in the implementation of project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements.
6. Participate in planning, developing, and implementing projects to meet specific quality and performance standards.
7. Direct the data gathering, data mining, and data processing processes; creating appropriate data models.
8. Lead to define requirements and scope of data analyses; presenting and reporting possible business insights to management using data visualization technologies.

What You Have - Skills:

1. Accuracy, Attention to Detail and Analytical Thinking: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
2. Business Data Analysis, Requirements Analysis & Business Assessment: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various techniques.
3. Programming Languages and Query and Database Access Tools: Knowledge of basic concepts and capabilities of programming; ability to use tools for writing and modifying programming languages.
4. Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies for administering projects.

Candidates will have:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Knowledge of financial/cost analysis.
3. Proven experience in data analytics techniques, working and transforming data.
4. Experience in Power BI, SQL, and other data methodologies.
5. Pre-advanced English.

Top Candidates will have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, data science, analytics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in financial analysis, costs, and product structures.
3. Highly proficient in SQL, Snowflake, and working with transactional databases.
4. Experience doing data science and business intelligence using Python.
5. Project leadership / Black Belt.
6. MBA, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or similar.
7. Advanced / Fluent English.
