To comprehensively plan and coordinate the human resource strategy and human resource development of the Brazil branch, to build a human resource management system, to research and design human resource management models (including the comprehensive construction of recruitment, compensation, and employee development systems etc.), and to formulate and improve human resource management regulations.
Responsible for formulating and executing recruitment strategies, advancing team building in the Brazil region, and promoting the comprehensive professional ability enhancement of the team.
To manage and coordinate the implementation of human resource management activities in the Brazil region, ensuring compliance with local Brazil laws and regulations and company policies.
Complete tasks assigned by senior management and the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Management, Psychology, or related majors.
Possessing extensive overseas human resource work experience, familiar with Brazil local labor laws and regulations; having the ability to manage a large-scale personnel team, with experience in the wind power industry or other new energy fields is preferred.
Strong judgment and decision-making abilities, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, planning and execution capabilities; English can be used as a working language, able to communicate and exchange in international business fluently, with good cross-cultural communication skills.
