Bookkeeper

Job Summary:

LatamCent.com is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to assist with QuickBooks monthly bookkeeping, payroll processing, invoice management, and contractor/vendor payments. The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree (preferred), strong experience in bookkeeping, and be available during business hours with the ability to respond within 2 hours to internal team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage monthly bookkeeping in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
2. Process payroll for employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with payment schedules.
3. Oversee invoice management, including issuing client invoices and tracking payments.
4. Handle vendor and contractor invoices, ensuring timely approvals and disbursements.
5. Reconcile accounts, monitor cash flow, and ensure financial transactions are recorded correctly.
6. Assist with financial reporting and provide support for tax preparation as needed.
7. Respond to inquiries from the team and clients within 2 hours during business hours.

Requirements:

1. Experience in bookkeeping and financial management, preferably within a staffing or service-based business.
2. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required.
3. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
4. Strong knowledge of payroll processing and invoice management.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team.
7. Fluent in English (C1+ proficiency).
8. Available during business hours to address financial inquiries and manage transactions.
