What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (e.g., email, chat, phone), ensuring accurate and timely updates in CRM systems with all relevant details.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their questions and resolving issues professionally, promptly, and with empathy.
  3. Enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing effective solutions and ensuring a seamless experience throughout every interaction.
  4. Maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable tone in all communications, fostering trust and positive engagement.
  5. Collaborate closely with team members and management to optimize workflows and deliver a superior customer experience.
  6. Identify common customer challenges, provide actionable feedback on recurring issues, and proactively suggest areas for improvement in processes or policies.

Requisitos:

  • Excel Avançado;
  • Inglês Avançado.
