Bidding Assistant (Part-time/Full-time, In-Person)

Key Responsibilities:

Research and evaluate bid opportunities using specialized software.
Collaborate with the team to gather and analyze cost data, ensuring high-quality bids.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to support project execution.
Develop pricing strategies and prepare timely bid submissions.

What We're Looking For:

Strong math and computer skills, including Excel and Word.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A valid driver's license is required.
