WORKPLACE:

Lisbon or Porto, Portugal (Hybrid work).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Defining next steps with management and managing backlog.
• Representing the team in different management circles.
• Creating product vision, short term and long term.
• Defending team, product and roadmap.
• Being closely connected with team individuals and promoting a positive team attitude.
• Ensuring high levels of quality outcome.
• Ensuring priorities are being followed and projects are on track.
• Being a counterpart in case of major incidents.
• Negotiate priorities and schedule budgets.
• Being closely connected to vendors and suppliers, with customers and potential future customers.
• Ensuring consistency of the big picture.

WE REQUIRE A PROFESSIONAL IN:

• A complete bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication skills around consulting and managing requirements, negotiation, and the ability to say no.
• Background and proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect.
• Product Management Skills such as backlog organization and requirements management.
• Strong presentation skills, e.g. in order to share knowledge and adapt the way of presenting to the audience (lean and focused for management vs. technically deep for tech experts).
• High quality and security awareness, fun at solving challenging problems, and the ability to understand complex relationships.
• Understanding Service Management Processes (ITIL).
• Agile mindset with strong commitment to the team and product.
• Open to learn and dive into new technologies.
• Strong political and cultural awareness.
• Knowledge of AWS and GitLab.
• English skills, minimum B2+.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with cloud services (especially AWS) and with cloud paradigms and serverless architecture (IaaS, PaaS, microservice architectures, continuous delivery).
