Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a Junior Administrative Process Assistant.
The professional will be responsible for managing administrative and operational demands for a major client in the electric energy sector, ensuring excellence in service delivery to both the contracting client and the end consumer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage requests received via email, websites, tools, or applications.
• Monitor and track productivity indicators using tools like Excel.
• Participate in strategic meetings with the contracting client to align processes.
• Perform administrative tasks through CRM systems.
• Communicate with end consumers through various channels (letters, WhatsApp, chat, or phone).
• Conduct proactive outreach to resolve issues and coordinate with suppliers.
• Provide periodic updates to the contracting client regarding process progress.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of CRM.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service.
• Availability to work at our office located in Hortolândia - SP (Condomínio Tech Town) from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
