What you will do

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team focusing on Software Procurement Solutions. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating leads for new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers. Your primary focus will be on outreach through various channels to build a robust pipeline of leads.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries.
  2. Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and CRM tools (inbound and outbound).
  3. Qualify leads through discovery conversations to assess their needs and fit with our solutions.
  4. Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  5. Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system and internal controls.
  6. Collaborate with sales team to align efforts and improve lead generation strategies.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  8. Achieve established goals, within agreed quality criteria.

What you should bring

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Previous experience in sales, business related to procurement and/or supply chain, or customer-facing role is a plus.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus).
  4. Ability to work with accountability and as part of a team.
  5. Experience in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  6. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  7. Familiarity with Procurement and Supply Chain is a plus.
  8. Excel: Advanced (please apply a test if possible).
  9. Knowledge in B2B sales, campaigns, client prospecting, sales funnel, sales campaigns, and sales process.
  10. Support in marketing actions.
