Armouring Process Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring operational efficiency in the reinforcement processes in the manufacture of flexible products;

Guiding, training and motivating the team, drawing up development plans through courses offered by the organization or external institutions, ensuring the training of the team in order to achieve increasing levels of quality and efficiency;

Coordinating new projects and/or demands for product qualification, monitoring the changes that are necessary, verifying and evaluating risks that may interfere with the scope, schedule and results, and taking corrective action to ensure minimum impact;

Ensuring that projects are developed within the Organization's quality standards, in accordance with the needs of internal and/or external clients, with a view to their satisfaction and the achievement of targets;

Acting in project planning/monitoring meetings, reviewing changes in priorities, organizing and delegating tasks to your team, monitoring results through performance indicators;

Ensuring that your team works in compliance with current safety regulations;

Carrying out team performance appraisals;

Maintaining, contributing to and developing continuous improvements in the operational lines;

Guiding the team to ensure that the production line is ready as required, according to the production plan;

Responsible for coordinating and, in part, executing the technical aspects of a project in collaboration with the Project team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Production Engineering or related areas.
• Experience in Armouring Process
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with flexible pipe production is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English
