Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction or development of projects, ensuring aesthetic appeal, functionality, and compliance with all regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

For Building Architect:

1. Project Design & Development:
   

• Create innovative and functional architectural designs for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
  
• Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and layouts using CAD software.
  
• Ensure designs align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  
• Present designs and concepts to clients and gather feedback for improvements.
  

• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
  
• Prepare necessary permits, documentation, and reports for the project.
  

• Oversee construction phases to ensure projects are completed as per design specifications.
  
• Address on-site challenges and provide practical solutions.
  

For Software Architect:

1. System Design & Architecture:
   

• Define system architecture, high-level design, and technology stack for software projects.
  
• Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability in all solutions.
  

• Guide the development team through the implementation of architectural decisions.
  
• Create technical documentation, diagrams, and guidelines.
  

• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend improvements for better efficiency and performance.
  
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them when relevant.
  

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and clients to align technical solutions with business goals.
  
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  
• Experience:
  
• Proven experience in architecture (building/software) with a strong portfolio or successful projects.
  
• Skills:
  
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM (Building Architect) OR software development tools and cloud platforms (Software Architect).
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  

Preferred Skills/Certifications:

• LEED accreditation, PMP, or relevant certifications (Building Architect).
  
• AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or other technical certifications (Software Architect).
