The Talent Acquisition team implements the organization's recruitment strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position and the business. Recruitment activities may include advertising, interviewing, testing, selecting candidates; checking references; negotiating employment offers; relocation; orientation and introductory training.
This role in summary
We are hiring a Recruiter to support professional-level roles in our Corporate-based business groups mainly focused on Manufacturing. In this role, you will work closely with our Hiring Leaders to understand their talent requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and execute the recruiting initiatives required to fill open roles across multiple business functions. You will be a key voice in the screening, interviewing, and selection processes as you provide your expertise and advice to our leaders. You will provide critical input on all facets of the TA process, including marketplace data, job offer structure and negotiation, and closing candidates. You will also serve as the TA subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance to hiring managers and other process stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include
- Partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand the talent needs of their teams, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the selection of candidates for professional-level roles.
- Developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies to identify diverse slates of top talent through various channels, including social media platforms, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conducting thorough candidate assessments, leveraging modern tools and techniques to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Providing expert guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and hiring strategies throughout the selection process.
- Ensuring a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication, managing expectations, and guiding candidates through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Negotiating job offers with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with market standards, internal equity, and candidate expectations.
- Leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate records and track progress across multiple requisitions.
- Supporting onboarding efforts, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization and prepared to contribute from day one.
- Staying up-to-date with talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Language Skills (English and Portuguese)
- Demonstrated success in managing complex recruitment processes, delivering high-quality hires in competitive markets.
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment, using innovative methods to identify and attract top talent.
- Strong negotiation and offer management skills, ensuring smooth transitions from candidate interest to hire.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, fostering trust and collaboration with stakeholders and candidates.
Preferred skills and experiences
- 2 or more years of full life-cycle recruitment experience supporting professional-level roles across multiple business functions
- Experience recruiting diverse slates of top talent in professional-level business roles
- 2 or more years of solid sourcing experience (sourcing certifications are a plus)
- Expertise in using modern recruitment tools including CRM and ATS systems
- Experience in partnering with and advising hiring managers through the TA project lifecycle
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
