Analyst, Regional Fulfillment

Danfoss is looking for a Regional Fulfillment Analyst for the LAM Regional Fulfillment area in the Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment. Using your analytical skills, communication skills, and commitment to serving our customers, you will be a crucial element for the Regional Fulfillment Department.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Collaborate with factories at various organizational levels to ensure and monitor optimal product availability.
2. Drive improvements in delivery service and inventory optimization.
3. Continuously optimize inventory levels.
4. Reduce slow-moving finished goods inventory.
5. Analyze, report on, and resolve issues related to delivery performance.
6. Ensure a continuous flow of materials to reduce lead times for our customers.
7. Collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Logistics.

Ideal Candidate Skills

• Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel
• Knowledge of SAP MM (required), SD (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills
• Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) capabilities
• Understanding of sales, marketing, and general business operations
• Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions to senior management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced English proficiency (Spanish a plus)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
