Summary :
Inbound / Outbound Inspection
The Inbound / Outbound Inspector is responsible for remotely inspecting products upon their arrival to verify consistency with pre-defined documents, quality and internal standards. Furthermore, one must issue necessary documents for customs purposes and monitor processes at logistics operators, warehouses and customers.

Responsibilities :

1. Check if the received products are in accordance with its documentation.
2. Verify quality and internal standards.
3. Issue the necessary documents for final dispatch.

Qualifications :

1. Graduation in Foreign Trade, Engineering or related technical courses in aviation.
2. Familiarity with import / export processes, preferably in the aeronautical market.
3. Experience in quotations for logistics processes.
4. Experience in supply chain or related functions, preferably in the aeronautical market.
5. Practical knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
6. Intermediate to advanced English.

It’ll be considered an advantage :

1. Chemical certifications or experience with chemical products.
2. Additional qualification and technical certifications, especially in the aeronautical area (EASA, FAA, SEG and VOO, for instance).
3. Good oral and written communication.
4. Being attentive, reliable, responsible and committed.
5. Good understanding of quality standards.

Note! It’s a home office position, but meetings and trainings will be held in person. Other details like benefits and salary will be discussed during the interviews.
