Job Summary: Farm Manager SA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Manager/Mechanic to oversee the maintenance and repair of our agricultural equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workshop operations, supervising a team of mechanics, and ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Supervise and train workshop staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
