We are ARVORE, a startup in the virtual reality content creation scene.

ARVORE is looking to hire a technically adept, creative individual to complement our team. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative immersive and narrative-driven XR experiences, iterating and prototyping with a high level of creative freedom and with the opportunity to guide the direction of some of these endeavors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

WORKING SCHEDULE: Dedicated (hybrid with flexible in-person schedule)

The role requires a self-starter, who is able to work autonomously driving projects and tasks within the Finance and Legal team (FLT) in Brazil and the US, and cross-functionally with other areas of the company. You will master information processes and be able to effectively support our decision-making process and long term strategy.

MAIN CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES:

  • Collect, organize, and accurately input data into our systems, covering information from various departments like Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Production;
  • Keep the database updated and review it frequently to ensure data integrity and consistency;
  • Keep all sources of information organized, physical or digital;
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure all relevant information is accessible and well-organized;
  • Create reports and provide administrative support to teams when needed;
  • Contribute to improving administrative processes and workflows;
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of the entered and stored data.

REPORTING:

  • Directly to the Head of Control and Report (CR)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, complete or in progress (Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields);
  • Previous experience in administrative or data processing roles (is a plus);
  • Advanced English (will be used for reporting and communication with other departments, including international ones);
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet tools. This is mandatory and will be checked during the selection process;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
