Job duties

• Encompass using different systems and processes focused on a variety of financial, fiscal, accounting and administrative tasks.
• The financial accounting analyst will be working on activities related to accounts payable/receivable, collection and bank transactions (national and international), issuing DANFE for import/export process.
• Performs data entry, ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed and issues operational internal controlling reports.
• Interface with accounting firm and reconciliation of the accounting data in ERP system, and upload the support documents in the corporate system.
• Ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed using existing procedures and analyzing information to solve problems.

Skills/experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business Administration required
• Solid experience in financial/accounting processes (Minimum 4 years)
• Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.) user level/pivot table experienced
• Intermediary English (writing and speaking)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred skills
• ERPs, Totvs - Protheus
