This position is responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of invoices for products, licenses, and services provided. The role involves handling collections, payments, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation, as well as providing customer and supplier support. Additionally, the role includes administrative tasks such as office janitorial support and assisting with departmental conferences and analysis.
