Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales, community outreach or training experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable presenting to large groups.
  • Practical knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to find solutions to complex issues.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be comfortable with frequent car travel within the assigned region.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Non-profit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Covered Territory- Bucks County, PA, Montgomery County, PA and Mercer County, NJ with other surrounding counties.
  • Grow our blood donor base through recruiting and retaining blood donor groups to meet the transfusion needs of patients in our local hospitals.
  • Meet with donor groups to plan effective recruitment and marketing strategy for each blood drive.
  • Coordinate logistics for each blood drive, monitor recruitment efforts, and respond to issues to ensure blood drive success and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate drive performance and collect feedback to effectively plan for future drives.
  • Educate the public on the importance of blood donation, special programs, and initiatives through speaking engagements and participating in community events.
  • Continuously prospect for new partnerships within assigned region.

Hours:

Full-time - Exempt Position

PAY and BONUSES:

  • Range starts at $46,000
  • Additional monthly performance-based bonuses.
  • Annual increases.
  • New Hire Bonuses: You will be eligible to receive, upon completion of 180 days of service, and successfully passing probation, a $500 retention bonus. Upon completion of 365 days of service, you will receive an additional $500. Total of $1,000 over one year of employment service
