Minimum of 3 years of sales, community outreach or training experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent customer service skills

Practical knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to find solutions to complex issues.

Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
Must hold a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be comfortable with frequent car travel within the assigned region.
Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Covered Territory- Bucks County, PA, Montgomery County, PA and Mercer County, NJ with other surrounding counties.
Grow our blood donor base through recruiting and retaining blood donor groups to meet the transfusion needs of patients in our local hospitals.
Meet with donor groups to plan effective recruitment and marketing strategy for each blood drive.
Coordinate logistics for each blood drive, monitor recruitment efforts, and respond to issues to ensure blood drive success and customer satisfaction.
Evaluate drive performance and collect feedback to effectively plan for future drives.
Educate the public on the importance of blood donation, special programs, and initiatives through speaking engagements and participating in community events.
Continuously prospect for new partnerships within assigned region.

PAY and BONUSES:
Range starts at $46,000
Additional monthly performance-based bonuses.

New Hire Bonuses: You will be eligible to receive, upon completion of 180 days of service, and successfully passing probation, a $500 retention bonus. Upon completion of 365 days of service, you will receive an additional $500. Total of $1,000 over one year of employment service
