ZIVA has a client that is seeking a dynamic Remote Account Coordinator to support their operations in the asset inspection industry. The role involves coordinating remote inspections between customers, field representatives, and site contacts, and conducting live inspections via video calls. These inspections focus on transportation, construction, or manufacturing equipment. Your goal will be to capture quality visuals and information to assist the mechanical team in evaluating asset conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform virtual inspections via video calls
  • Provide consistent updates to customers and internal teams
  • Organize and upload inspection media (photos, videos) using cloud platforms
  • Pass inspection data to the appropriate teams via Microsoft Teams
  • Confirm and organize daily and upcoming inspections
  • Reassign or reschedule inspections if needed (e.g. due to failed attempts)
  • Compile inspection data in an organized manner
  • Review and respond to emails throughout the day
  • Track performance metrics and report during daily huddles

Daily Tasks :

  • Provide client updates via email
  • Review and respond to communications regularly
  • Confirm scheduled inspections through call or text
  • Conduct inspections using Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • Reassign / reschedule inspections when needed
  • Gather and upload media (photos / videos) through cloud platforms
  • Relay all relevant information to the next team via Microsoft Teams
  • Organize and confirm upcoming inspections

Technical Skills Required for the Role :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud)
  • Skilled in using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
  • Familiarity with media upload links and remote inspection processes
  • Zendesk & Zoho CRM knowledge (a plus)

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent English – near-native proficiency is essential
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (preferred)
  • Previous experience working remotely, with :
  • Reliable computer (not older than 4 years)
  • Minimum 100 Mbps internet connection

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base Salary: $1100 / month
  • 10 days of paid time off (PTO)
