We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced QA/QC Supervisor to join Stevin Rock, a leading quarrying and aggregates business in the UAE. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Job Purpose

Ensure the quality of produced and supplied materials, communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, and provide accurate and efficient feedback to management.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control: Oversee daily quality control of materials, perform periodic checks, and coordinate testing activities.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols, conduct regular audits, and develop documentation.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Report customer feedback, prepare quality reports, analyse data for corrective actions, and maintain records.

Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and resolving quality-related issues.

People Management: Supervise and support team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative environment.

Health & Safety: Lead by example, ensure compliance with HSE policies, and drive the achievement of business HSE objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field (Civils, Quarrying, Chemistry).
• Professional Qualifications: Minimum 10 years in a relevant field and position.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with standards like BS, ASTM, CIRIA, BSEN, and IS.
• Must have experience in aggregates and crushed rock
• Other Requirements: Fluent in English and a valid driving license.
