Salon Supervisor jobs in France

This position reports directly to the HR & Administration Manager.

1. Direct all day to day administration services to ensure they are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner and are in line with the approved Company policies.
2. Supervise PRO with relation to Government Relations function; including Employee Visa applications, visa renewals, Emirates ID applications, site gate passes etc.
3. Responsible for arranging staff transportation, scheduling and monitoring of staff transfer buses.
4. Ensure all documentation regarding insurances is up to date and in compliance with current UAE requirements.
5. Responsible for supervision of all travel ticket booking and accommodation arrangements both at home and abroad. Including new employees, secondees, trainees etc.
6. Responsible for supervision of all travel arrangements for Business Travel and also employee annual flight tickets.
7. Responsible for corporate purchases, evaluating quotations from suppliers and supporting price negotiations.
8. Responsible for providing and maintaining inventories for all office and stationary supplies.
9. Provide support on organization, budgeting and execution of employee events.
10. Arrange company vehicles, registration and maintenance and ensuring competitive pricing from all vendors.
11. Sourcing and maintenance of living accommodation for employees if and when required.
12. Responsible for scheduling of drivers, receptionists, office attendants, cleaning staff.
13. Supervise all administration staff on a daily basis. Monitor training and employee development requirements.
14. Responsible for building and offices design and maintenance, car park and grounds maintenance.

1. At least 8 years administration experience, with at least 4 years as Administration Supervisor in Abu Dhabi.
2. Must have excellent knowledge of UAE Visa Requirements and relevant experience of dealing with same.
3. Experience of managing a diverse team in a professional & organized manner.
4. Fluency in written and spoken English.
5. Ability to manage time & work under pressure.
6. Readiness to persevere with difficult tasks.
7. Able to focus and drive tasks to completion.
