Requirements

• Coordinate transportation and logistics for event staff and participants
• Ensure seamless execution of race day schedules and event timelines
• Work with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to manage event flow
• Manage event setup and breakdown operations
• Provide on-site support to troubleshoot logistics issues and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Assist with crowd management, ensuring a smooth flow of attendees
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in event planning, operations, or logistics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings
