Hiring: Procurement Manager – Polymer Industry | Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our supply team at Polymer In Stock. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong expertise in sourcing and procurement of plastic raw materials/polymers to play a key role in our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure plastic raw materials (PP, HDPE, PE, PET, PVC, etc.) from global suppliers.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing/contracts.
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor market trends and maintain updated product knowledge in the polymer industry.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement/sourcing, preferably in the polymer/plastic raw material trading industry or a Petrochemical company.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience working in a trading company or similar setup is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Background:

• Candidates with sales exposure or understanding of plastic raw materials/polymers will be given priority.
