Job Description
- Oversee all fabrication processes and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for core ship repairs, aligning departmental goals with organizational objectives to enhance operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in ship repairs and fabrication management, with proven leadership capabilities in a maritime environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field, with a strong foundation in fabrication techniques.
