Production Team Lead

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience: 5-8 years in Electronics Component Manufacturing, particularly in a manufacturing line environment with a strong focus on quality processes.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of key technological processes in electronics manufacturing.
• Tools: Proficiency with tools for reporting and continuous development.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and time management skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
• Commitment to Learning: Proven dedication to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up the production quality organization and defining the KPI’s for the personnel.
• Implementing methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products and production equipment.
• Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products.
• Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods.
• Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct.
• Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards.
• Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems.
• Test Strategy and Planning: Support the manufacturing line within overall test strategy and test plan for ensuring alignment with the production yield targets.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Interact with manufacturing line technicians, engineers, warehouse incoming inspection, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of quality requirements needed in each phase of the manufacturing process.
