Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
Experience: 5-8 years in Electronics Component Manufacturing, particularly in a manufacturing line environment with a strong focus on quality processes.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of key technological processes in electronics manufacturing.
Tools: Proficiency with tools for reporting and continuous development.
Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and time management skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.

Responsibilities:
Setting up the production quality organization and defining the KPI’s for the personnel.
Implementing methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products and production equipment.
Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards.
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products.
Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods.
Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct.
Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards.
Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems.
Test Strategy and Planning: Support the manufacturing line within overall test strategy and test plan for ensuring alignment with the production yield targets.
Stakeholder Interaction: Interact with manufacturing line technicians, engineers, warehouse incoming inspection, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of quality requirements needed in each phase of the manufacturing process.
