Head of Production

Job Requirements

1. A graduate engineer with 3 to 5 years' work experience, preferably in a large manufacturing company with a developed continuous improvement process.
2. Lean and or six sigma qualifications (minimum green belt)
3. Leadership skills with the potential to be a senior leader in 2 years
4. Confident and robust, not easily deterred from achieving targets
5. Knowledge of ERP and MIS systems
