Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with a strong background in HVAC systems, particularly Air Handling Units (AHU) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs). The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of sales experience in the UAE or India. This role involves managing and supporting distributors across Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Egypt, while also exploring new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Distributor Management: Handle and support distributors across assigned territories, ensuring strong business relationships.
2. Market Expansion: Identify and develop new sales opportunities in existing and untapped markets.
3. Technical Sales Support: Provide product knowledge and technical expertise on AHUs and FCUs to customers and distributors.
4. Sales Strategy Execution: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business growth.
5. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
6. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned regions.

Key Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Experience: 6-8 years of sales experience in HVAC/AHU/FCU industry.
3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AHUs, FCUs, and HVAC systems.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Travel Readiness: Willing to travel extensively to target markets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Prior experience in handling international distributors.
2. Exposure to GCC and North African markets is a plus.
