Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
Troubleshoot IT-related problems and provide quick resolutions.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations.
Assist in setting up and maintaining office IT infrastructure.
Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory.
Support end-users with technical issues and provide training when necessary.
Skills
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/MacOS, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection.
Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency IT issues.
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Filipino nationality preferred.
Experience working in a tech startup or IT company.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Technician are a plus.
